- 🥬 4 cabbage leaves
- 2 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Seafood
- 50g shirasu (whitebait)
Seasoning
- 🌰 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp salted kombu
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Thinly slice the shiso leaves and cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

Place the cabbage in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.

Add sesame oil, salted kombu, shirasu, and toasted sesame seeds to the cabbage. Mix well and top with sliced shiso leaves before serving.
