Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.

Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp, rinse with water, and pat dry.

Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cabbage, then cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the cabbage softens and the shrimp changes color.
