- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (300g), shredded
Legumes
- 50g steamed soybeans
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of black pepper

Cut out the core of the cabbage and shred it finely.

Place the shredded cabbage in a microwave-safe bowl, add salt, and mix well. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes until softened. Squeeze out excess water.

Add the steamed soybeans and the seasoning ingredients (lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, and pepper) to the cabbage. Mix thoroughly.
