Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage, chopped
- 🥔 2 potatoes, diced (240g)
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g), drained
Spices
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 piece ginger, minced
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Others
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 💧 100 ml water
步驟
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and dice the potatoes. Soak the potatoes in water and drain.
Mince the garlic and ginger. Drain the tuna can.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant. Add potatoes and cabbage, stirring until coated with oil.
Add tuna and water, mix lightly, and cover with a lid.
Once the cabbage softens, remove the lid and add curry powder, cumin powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the water evaporates.
