- 8 spring roll wrappers
Vegetables
- 4 cabbage leaves
- 4 shiso leaves
Protein
- 1 can tuna (75g)
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 ume plums
- Black pepper to taste
Binding
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp water

Thinly slice the cabbage and shiso leaves. Remove the pits from the ume plums and mash them.

Drain the tuna can and mix the tuna with the sliced ingredients and seasonings in a bowl.

Place the filling on the spring roll wrappers, wrap them, and seal the edges with the flour-water mixture.

Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot and fry the spring rolls, turning them until golden brown.
