- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2 green chilies
- 50g chives
Protein
- 150g ground pork
- 1/2 block tofu
Staples
- 10g glass noodles
- 1 tbsp flour
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 Pinch of garlic
- Pinch of soy sauce
- Pinch of vinegar
- Pinch of sesame seeds
- Pinch of sesame oil
步驟
Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water, rinse, and drain well.
Prepare ground pork, chives, tofu, chilies, onion, and glass noodles.
Cook the glass noodles in boiling water and drain. Remove excess moisture from tofu using a cloth.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, adding salt, pepper, garlic, and flour. Mix well.
Trim tough cabbage stems, spread the leaves, and place filling on top. Roll tightly.
Steam the cabbage rolls over 2 cups of water in a pot for 15-20 minutes.
Slice the steamed rolls and serve with dipping sauce made of soy sauce, vinegar, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
