- 2 pieces fish cake
- 🥬 5 cabbage leaves
- 🐟 1 can tuna (80g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Coating
- Flour as needed
- 🥚 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs as needed
- Salad oil as needed
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp mustard
步驟
Cut the fish cakes diagonally in half and make slits in them.
Thinly slice the cabbage and onion, place them in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, massage, and let sit for 5 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
Mix the prepared vegetables, tuna, and seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Stuff the mixture into the fish cakes.
Coat the stuffed fish cakes with flour, dip them in beaten egg, and cover with breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry the fish cakes over medium heat for 3 minutes, flipping until golden brown.
Cut the fried fish cakes in half to reveal the stuffing before serving.
