Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🟩 2 sheets seaweed
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🦀 8 crab sticks
- 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
Sushi Vinegar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
步驟
Prepare all ingredients.
Remove seeds from the cucumber and slice it thinly.
Shred the crab sticks by hand and mix with mayonnaise.
Make sushi vinegar by mixing vinegar, sugar, and salt.
Season the cooked rice with the sushi vinegar mixture.
Place a plastic wrap over the bamboo mat and spread rice thinly on top.
Flip the seaweed and rice layer over.
Add cucumber and crab stick mixture generously on top.
Roll tightly using the bamboo mat and plastic wrap.
Slice the roll into even pieces.
Top the rolls with remaining crab stick mixture and drizzle tonkatsu sauce.
