Vegetables
- 350g radish, cut into triangular shapes
- 🧅 80g onion, sliced
- 45g green onion, sliced
Seafood
- 100g canned tuna, with some oil retained
Broth
- 2 cups kombu water
Seasonings
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- A pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Cut radish into triangular shapes. Avoid stirring too often to prevent breaking.
Slice onion and green onion. Reserve the green onion tops for garnish.
Retain some oil in the canned tuna for enhanced flavor.
Prepare kombu water by soaking dried kombu in 2 cups of cold water.
In a pot, combine kombu water, soy sauce, light soy sauce, rice wine, chili powder, black pepper, and corn syrup. Add radish and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add onion, green onion, and canned tuna. Cook for 3 minutes.
Turn off the heat and stir in sesame oil.
