Dough
- 🧈 60g unsalted butter
- 65g peanut butter
- 35g white sugar
- 35g brown sugar
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 🥚 1/2 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 75g all-purpose flour
- 10g cocoa powder
- 1g baking soda
- 🌰 40g walnuts
- 40g chocolate chips
Topping
- 6–7 milk caramel pieces
步驟
In a bowl, mix softened butter and peanut butter until smooth.
Add white sugar and brown sugar, and mix well.
Add egg, vanilla extract, and salt, and mix thoroughly. If using a manual whisk, add the egg gradually.
Sift in all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda, then mix until just combined.
Fold in walnuts and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 45g portions, shape into flat rounds, and top each with 3 pieces of milk caramel (pre-cut into quarters).
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.
