Bread
- 🍞 3–4 slices of bread
Butter
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
Milk
- 🥛 6 tbsp milk
Sugar
- 🧂 5 tbsp sugar
Water
- 💧 4 tbsp water
步驟
Cut the bread into small pieces and toast them in a dry pan until crispy.
In a pan, add sugar and water and heat over medium-low heat without stirring.
When the sauce starts to turn brown in spots, add 1 tbsp of butter.
As the edges of the sauce turn brown, slowly add warm milk in portions (6 tbsp total).
Stir quickly after adding the milk, then add the toasted bread pieces and mix well.
Place the coated bread pieces on a tray lined with parchment paper and let them cool and harden.
Optional: Serve with cheese or chocolate fondue for added flavor.
