Main Ingredients
- 1 bowl of rice cakes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥓 3 strips of bacon
- 🥦 A small amount of broccoli
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
Cream Sauce
- 🥛 400ml milk
- 🧂 A pinch of herb salt
- 🧀 2 slices of cheese
步驟
Soak the rice cakes in cold water for about 20 minutes.
Boil the soaked rice cakes for 3–5 minutes, then rinse in cold water.
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add bacon and onion to the pan and cook until softened.
Add the rice cakes and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Pour in 400ml milk and bring to a boil.
Season with herb salt to taste.
Add cheese slices and blanched broccoli, stirring until the cheese melts.
Add the egg yolk and mix quickly to incorporate.
Simmer for 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve the Carbonara Tteokbokki in a bowl and garnish with parsley.
