- 70g burdock, julienned
Seasoning
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Meat Mixture
- 150g ground chicken
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger

Julienne the carrot and burdock. Soak burdock in water and drain. Place carrot, burdock, and potato starch in a plastic bag, seal, and shake to coat.

In a bowl, mix the meat mixture ingredients until sticky. Add the coated vegetables and black sesame seeds, and mix well.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the oil and fry until golden brown.
