- 1 piece (50g) pollock roe
- 🥕 1 medium carrot (150g), julienned
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
