- 🥕 1 carrot, cut into sticks
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp white ground sesame

Cut the carrot into sticks and slice the pork belly into 4cm pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork belly, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the carrot and stir-fry until softened.

Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, and ground sesame) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
