Main Ingredients
- 🐟 100g canned sardines in water
- 🥕 100g carrot, julienned
Dressing
- 2 tbsp ground white sesame
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce

Julienne the carrot into 4cm strips. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water.

In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (ground sesame, sugar, soy sauce). Add the cooked carrots and canned sardines, then toss to combine.
