Main Ingredients
- 20g short glass noodles
- 🥕 50g carrot, julienned
- 1/2 tbsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
步驟

Julienne the carrot into 1cm wide strips.

In a pot, add all the seasonings (☆) and heat over medium heat until it boils.

Add the carrot, dried wakame, and glass noodles to the boiling pot. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
