Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g)
- 🥚 2 eggs
Oil & Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Julienne the carrot.

In a bowl, mix the eggs, tuna, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the carrot, and stir-fry until softened. Then add the egg mixture and stir gently 2-3 times.

Once the edges set, cover the pan with a plate, flip the omelette, and cook on very low heat for 1 minute. Slice into portions and serve.
