- 🍜 2 servings Chinese noodles
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 stalk celery (100g)
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 150ml water
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
步驟
Remove the strings from the celery. Slice the stalk diagonally and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, mix beef with soy sauce and oyster sauce, and let it marinate for 5 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the Chinese noodles over medium-low heat until both sides are golden, about 10 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in the pan, add the beef, and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color.
Add the celery stalks and stir-fry briefly. Pour in the sauce mixture and cook until thickened. Turn off the heat and add the celery leaves.
Cut the noodles into manageable portions, plate them, and pour the celery and beef sauce over the noodles.
