- 🦐 8 peeled shrimp (140g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 stalk celery with leaves
- 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts (100g)
Condiments
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp chili powder

Make a cut along the back of the peeled shrimp.

Separate celery leaves and stalks. Slice the stalks diagonally and cut the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add celery and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
