Main Ingredients
- 🥩 600g chadolbagi (beef brisket)
- 1 bunch of chives
- 🧅 1 onion
Soy Sauce Dressing
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Chili Powder Dressing
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
步驟
Thinly slice the onion.
Wash the chives thoroughly and cut them into 4-5 sections.
Mix all ingredients for the soy sauce dressing in a bowl.
Mix all ingredients for the chili powder dressing in a bowl.
Cook the chadolbagi (beef brisket) on high heat and drain excess oil.
In a large mixing bowl, combine half the chives with the chili powder dressing and mix well.
Plate the seasoned chives, top with sliced onion, and serve alongside cooked chadolbagi.
For soy sauce dressing: Arrange the remaining chives on a plate, top with sliced onion, cooked chadolbagi, and drizzle with soy sauce dressing.
