Coating
- Flour for dusting, as needed
Filling
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
- 🐖 120g sliced pork
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp mirin
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Dough
- 150g pancake mix
- 100g silken tofu
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
步驟
Cut the pork into 1cm strips and slice the green onion thinly.
Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Stir and microwave for another 1.5 minutes until the pork is cooked. Let cool.
Mix silken tofu until smooth, then add pancake mix, vegetable oil, and salt. Knead until the dough forms a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 portions, roll each into a ball, and flatten into 15cm circles. Place filling and cheese in the center, then pinch the edges to seal.
Place parchment paper in a frying pan, arrange the buns on top, and add 50cc of water. Cover and steam-fry on low heat for 12 minutes. Serve with soy sauce and mustard if desired.
