Meat
- 🐖 350g pork slices
Eggs
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Flour
- 🌾 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
- 🍋 1/2 lemon, sliced
Cheese Breadcrumbs
- 🍞 60g breadcrumbs
- 🧀 4 tbsp grated cheese
- 🌿 2 tsp dried basil
步驟
Cut the lemon into wedges and set aside.
Divide the pork into 4 portions, flatten each with a rolling pin under plastic wrap, and season with salt and pepper. Dust with flour.
Place breadcrumbs, grated cheese, and dried basil into a plastic bag and crush the breadcrumbs finely.
Dip the pork slices into beaten eggs, then coat them with the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the coated pork until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
Plate the pork cutlets and garnish with lemon slices.
