- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Dairy
- 🧀 40g shredded pizza cheese
- 🥛 200cc milk
Vegetables
- 🍄 100g maitake mushrooms
- 🌿 A pinch of parsley
Pantry
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🌾 1 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 100cc water
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
步驟
Separate maitake mushrooms into small clusters.
Cut bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add maitake mushrooms and bacon, sauté until coated with oil. Add flour and stir until no raw flour remains. Add water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 2 minutes on low heat while stirring.
Add milk and heat gently until it starts to simmer. Stir in shredded pizza cheese until melted. Season with salt to taste.
Serve in bowls and garnish with parsley.
