Main Ingredients
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🧀 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 🧀 3 pieces string cheese
- 🧅 1/4 green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
步驟
Thinly slice the green onion and finely chop it.
Crack 4 eggs into a bowl and add the chopped green onion and 1/2 tsp salt.
Prepare the cheeses by unwrapping them.
Heat a frying pan and add a small amount of oil.
Pour 1/3 of the egg mixture into the pan and cook until the surface is set but still slightly wet.
Place the cheese on one side of the egg layer and fold the egg over to cover the cheese.
Push the folded egg roll to one side of the pan, add more oil, and pour additional egg mixture.
Repeat the process of adding egg mixture and rolling 5-6 times until all the egg mixture is used.
Press the sides of the roll gently with a spatula to shape it neatly.
Serve the cheese-filled egg roll and enjoy!
