    • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    • 🧂 a pinch of salt and pepper
    • a pinch of nutmeg

  • Teriyaki Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp water
    • 1/2 tsp cornstarch

Mince the onion and microwave for 1 minute at 600W. Let it cool completely.

Mix instant mashed potato mix with hot water and salt. Divide into two portions and wrap each with pizza cheese.

Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl. Add ground meat, onion, and remaining meat seasoning ingredients. Knead until sticky. Flatten half the mixture, wrap it around one portion of cheese mashed potato, and shape into patties.

Heat salad oil in a pan and cook the patties over medium heat until browned. Flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 7-8 minutes. Plate the patties.

Wipe the pan clean and add teriyaki sauce ingredients. Heat over medium until thickened. Pour over the patties and serve with lettuce.
