- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
Dairy
- 🧀 4 slices of melting cheese
- 🥛 50cc milk
Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp cornstarch
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
步驟
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water. Drain and place them in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Mash the hot potatoes, add the seasoning ingredients (☆), and mix well. Let cool slightly.
Cut the cheese slices in half and fold each piece into smaller portions. Take 1/8 of the potato mixture, flatten it in your hand, place a piece of cheese in the center, and wrap the potato mixture around the cheese. Shape into a neat ball. Repeat to make 8 pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the potato mochi in the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, flipping occasionally, until both sides are golden brown.
