Main Ingredients
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🥓 4 strips of bacon, sliced
- 🌽 5 tsp corn kernels
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- A drizzle of sesame oil
- Seaweed flakes to taste
- 🧀 Mozzarella cheese to taste
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
步驟
Chop the onion into small pieces.
Slice the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, honey, and ketchup in a bowl.
Heat a clay pot or small pan over low heat and drizzle sesame oil generously.
Add the chopped onion to the pot and sauté until softened.
Layer the cooked rice, bacon, sauce, and corn on top of the sautéed onion.
Mix everything well in the pot.
Sprinkle seaweed flakes and a small amount of mozzarella cheese into the mixture.
Top the rice with a generous layer of mozzarella cheese.
Cover the pot with a lid and let the cheese melt completely.
Serve hot and enjoy your cheesy rice with bacon.
