- 150g ground pork
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp cooking sake

步驟
Cut the melting cheese slices in half vertically and roll them up. Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms, separate the caps and stems, and finely chop the stems.
In a bowl, mix ground pork, chopped shiitake stems, and salt until sticky. Divide into 6 portions and wrap each portion around the rolled cheese.
Dust the underside of the shiitake caps with potato starch and stuff them with the pork mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the stuffed mushrooms meat-side down and cook until browned. Flip them over, add cooking sake, cover with a lid, and steam over low heat for about 3 minutes until fully cooked.
