Main Ingredients
- 400g glutinous rice flour
- 170g instant chocolate powder
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🧂 100g sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 🌰 50g chopped walnuts
步驟
Prepare all ingredients.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until the sugar dissolves completely.
Combine glutinous rice flour, chocolate powder, and baking powder in a separate bag or container and shake well.
Add the dry mixture to the egg mixture and mix until smooth.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour the batter in. Stir gently with a chopstick to remove air bubbles.
Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top. Cover with a lid and cook on induction at level 5 for 30 minutes or on a gas stove at low heat for 35 minutes.
Check if the cake is cooked by opening the lid. Let it cool on a rack.
Cut the cooled rice cake into pieces using scissors.
Plate the rice cake beautifully or use it as a base for a cake.
