- 2 tbsp bread flour

Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak in water for 5 minutes, and drain. Boil the potatoes in a pot with water until soft, then drain.

Mash the potatoes in a bowl, then add salt, potato starch, bread flour, baking powder, grated cheese, milk, sugar, and vegetable oil. Mix well.

Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
