Main Ingredients
- 🥔 4 medium potatoes
- 🧀 140g mozzarella cheese
- 🥛 50ml milk
- 1 cup potato starch
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Soy Sauce Glaze
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 💧 2 tbsp water
步驟
Peel the potatoes and boil them in water for at least 15 minutes until soft.
Drain the boiled potatoes and let them cool slightly before mashing them with a fork.
Add a pinch of salt, 2/3 cup potato starch, and 50ml milk to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
Knead the mixture by hand until it reaches a soft dough-like consistency.
Take a small portion of the dough, flatten it, and place mozzarella cheese in the center. Wrap the dough around the cheese and shape into a round, flat disc.
Prepare the soy sauce glaze by mixing soy sauce, oligosaccharide, and water in a 1:1:1 ratio.
Heat a pan with oil and cook the potato pancakes on medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides.
Pour the prepared soy sauce glaze over the pancakes and simmer on low heat until the sauce is absorbed.
Once the glaze is fully absorbed and the pancakes are glossy, remove from heat and serve.
