- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (200g)
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
Chicken Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Ume Sauce
- 2 ume plums
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces after removing the skin and seed. Mash the ume plums into a paste.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Mix all the ingredients for the ume sauce in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until both sides are browned. Cover and cook on low heat for 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
Wipe off excess oil, then add the ume sauce and stir-fry. Add the avocado and stir briefly. Serve over rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
