- 1 tsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
