Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (200g) chicken thigh
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 scallion, thinly sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Staple
- 2 packs frozen udon noodles
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped scallion, as needed
Seasoning Sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 500 ml water
- 2 tsp cornstarch
步驟
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Thinly slice scallion and garlic.
Place frozen udon noodles in a bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until garlic turns golden brown. Remove garlic.
Add scallion to the pan and cook until charred. Remove scallion.
Place chicken in the pan skin-side down and cook over medium heat until browned. Flip and cook until fully cooked.
Add seasoning sauce ingredients to the pan and simmer until thickened.
Serve udon noodles in bowls, pour the thickened sauce over, and top with garlic, scallion, and chopped scallion.
