- 🥬 150g Chinese cabbage
- 🍋 6 slices lemon
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt

- 💧 500ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp olive oil
