- 🍗 2 chicken tenders
Carbohydrate
- 30g vermicelli
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- Chives as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Liquid
- 💧 600ml water
步驟
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenders and slice them thinly at an angle. Trim the base of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Slice the green onion diagonally. Cut the vermicelli into manageable lengths in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pot, add the chicken, and sauté until the color changes. Add shimeji mushrooms, grated ginger, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, salt, and water. Cover and simmer on low heat for 3–4 minutes.
Add green onion and vermicelli to the pot. Cook according to the vermicelli package instructions. Garnish with chives and serve.
