Protein
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🍄 8 mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 100g carrot
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
Sauce
- 150ml red wine
- 💧 100ml water
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧈 20g salted butter
步驟
Prepare the vegetables: slice mushrooms in half, cut carrots into 1cm rounds, chop onion into 2cm pieces, and thinly slice garlic after removing its core.
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat evenly with flour.
Heat olive oil in a pot, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add chicken and cook over medium heat until browned.
Add mushrooms, carrots, and onion to the pot and sauté for 2 minutes. Stir in the sauce ingredients and skim off any foam. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
Serve the stew in a dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
