- 🍄 200g enoki mushrooms
- 🍄 100g shiitake mushrooms
- 🍄 200g shimeji mushrooms
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken breast
Vegetables
- 200g shirataki noodles
- 100g seri (Japanese parsley)
Broth
- 1 piece kombu (6x10cm)
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tsp salt
- 💧 4 cups water
步驟
Prepare the chicken breast by slicing it into bite-sized pieces.
Clean and trim the mushrooms (enoki, shiitake, and shimeji).
Rinse the shirataki noodles and cut them into manageable lengths.
In a large pot, combine kombu, sake, mirin, salt, and water to create the broth. Bring to a boil.
Add the chicken pieces to the boiling broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms, shirataki noodles, and seri to the pot. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
Serve the hot pot directly from the pot, ensuring each serving has a mix of chicken, mushrooms, and noodles.
