Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 250g nagaimo, cut into pieces
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 💧 100cc water
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu (3x)
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
步驟
Cut the nagaimo into bite-sized pieces.
Trim excess fat and sinew from the chicken thigh, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
In a microwave-safe container, mix all the miso sauce ingredients.
Add the chicken, nagaimo, and water to the container. Lightly mix, then cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 6 minutes.
Remove, stir the mixture, and microwave again for another 4 minutes. Let it rest, covered, for about 5 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
