- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥔 300g potatoes
- 10 snow peas
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 200ml water
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Cut the potatoes and chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Remove the strings from the snow peas. Place them in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Drain the water.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the potatoes and stir-fry for about 1 minute until coated with oil.
Add sake, water, sugar, and mirin. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add soy sauce and simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes to reduce the liquid slightly. Serve on a plate and garnish with snow peas.
