- 🌱 1/3 bunch scallion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧈 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce

Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl and add sake and potato starch. Massage to coat evenly.

Cut the onion into bite-sized pieces and chop the scallion finely.
