Protein
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 150g grated daikon
- 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms
- 4 shiso leaves
Seasonings
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp ponzu sauce
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
步驟
Grate the daikon and squeeze out excess water. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix the chicken with sake, salt, and pepper, and massage to coat evenly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until the skin is golden brown. Flip the chicken, add the shimeji mushrooms, and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Add soy sauce and stir quickly to combine.
Plate the chicken and mushrooms, top with grated daikon, and drizzle with ponzu sauce. Tear the shiso leaves and sprinkle them on top.
