Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 turnips with leaves
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
步驟
Cut the turnips, leaving 1cm of stem. Slice the stems into 3cm pieces and cut the turnip bulbs into 6 wedges.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until browned, then flip and cook for 1 more minute.
Add the turnips to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through. Add the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, salt, oyster sauce) and mix well.
Add the turnip leaves and stir-fry briefly until wilted.
