- 🍗 250g skinless chicken breast

- 🥦 125g broccoli florets
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp consomme powder
- 💧 100ml water

Cut broccoli into small florets and slice the stem into 1cm pieces. Mince garlic after removing its core.

Slice chicken breast into 1cm pieces using a diagonal cutting technique. Season with salt and pepper.

In a frying pan, mix sake, salt, consomme, and water. Arrange chicken pieces evenly, then add garlic, broccoli, and corn. Place butter on top, cover, and simmer on low heat for 7 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
