Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g)
Coating
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Meat Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp sliced red chili
步驟
Cut off both ends of the cucumber, slice it in half lengthwise, and cut into diagonal 1cm slices.
Slice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix the chicken with sake and salt and pepper, then coat with potato starch.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 1 minute until the color changes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add the cucumber and stir-fry briefly, then add the sauce ingredients and stir to combine.
