Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, as needed
- Potato starch, as needed
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
步驟
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with sake, salt, and pepper, and let sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry and coat with potato starch.
Slice eggplants into 1.5cm rounds, soak in water for 5 minutes, pat dry, and coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, cook chicken and eggplants until golden brown on both sides. Add sauce ingredients and stir until thickened.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
