Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 chicken breast (250g), skinless
- 🧅 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Sweet Vinegar Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 50 ml water
Garnish
- Mayonnaise as needed
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- Chopped green onion as needed
步驟
Thinly slice the onion.
Cut the chicken breast into 1 cm slices using a slanted cutting technique. Mix the chicken with sake, salt, and garlic in a bowl, then let it marinate for 10 minutes. Add potato starch and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and stir-fry until translucent. Push the onion to the side and add the chicken. Cook until browned on both sides.
Add the sweet vinegar sauce ingredients to the pan and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes. Remove the lid and cook on medium heat until the sauce thickens.
Plate the dish and garnish with mayonnaise, sesame seeds, and chopped green onion.
