Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 chicken breast (300g), skinless
- 5 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, cut into 3cm pieces
Coating
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1.5 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
步驟
Thinly slice the shiso leaves and cut the green onion into 3cm pieces.
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into 1cm thick pieces. In a bowl, combine chicken, shiso, and the seasoning ingredients. Massage the mixture and let it sit for 10 minutes. Add potato starch and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the green onion and cook until browned, then remove from the pan.
Add the chicken mixture to the same pan and cook over medium heat until browned. Flip the pieces, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 1.5 minutes until fully cooked. Return the green onion to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
