Protein
- 🍗 120g chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g)
- 🥬 1/8 cabbage (150g)
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms (50g)
- 🍅 1/2 tomato (100g)
Seasonings
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 💧 500cc water
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
步驟
Cut the onion into 1cm cubes. Chop the cabbage into 2cm pieces. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and cut them into thirds. Dice the tomato into 1cm cubes.
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add chicken and onion, and sauté for about 1 minute until the chicken changes color.
Add cabbage and shimeji mushrooms, and stir until coated with oil. Pour in water, consomme, salt, pepper, and add the diced tomato. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
